Players may register starting June 1st.

If you wish to register, please provide all of the following:

• The above registration form, specifying your address, phone number, email address, and what calibre of player you are.
  
• Full payment for new players is $550; returning players that returned their jerseys is $525.

Payment may be made by etransfer to swhlwildcats@gmail.com,
or by cheque or money order - payable to SWHL and mailed to the following address:

Registrations are on a first come - first served basis. Receipt of both the registration form and payment is required to be accepted. We will contact you once we receive your registration.
